Role descriptors & Accountabilities
1. Performing Supplier NSA, Control Plan, CTQ, Process, Commodity, New Supplier Identification Audits, identify gaps and take corrective actions
2. Successful Implementation of APQP NPIP for Resource & Critical Projects.
3. Technical Feasibility Review & PPAP approval for New Part Development
4. Warranty & PPM Monitoring, Verifying IR through e-SMP, review & Closure of 8D within desired time, Raising cost recovery for Poor Quality.
5. Responsible for Calculating Supplier Performance and release Supplier Rating on Monthly Basis.
6. Supplier Footprint Upgradation as per Footprint Upgradation Audit sheet.
7.Part development at 100% RFT.
8.Maintain PPM within specified Targets
9.8D closure within specified time.
10.Supplier upgradation to approved category.
11.Supplier Audits and Closure of NC’s

Nice to have:
Experience in Supplier Quality Assurance
Need to have:
Experience in Part Development & Quality—7-10 years of work experience
Preferably from Construction Equipment / Heavy Earth moving / Automobile / Auto components
Experience in handling Greenfield projects preferred
