Circle Building Services, Inc. is a local commercial cleaning/janitorial company in search of a Assistant Quality Control Manager.
Applicants for the Assistant Quality Control Manager position must have a clean background check, a valid Ohio driver’s license and a clean driving record (4 points or less and no SR22 bond) as you will be driving a company vehicle.
The Assistant Quality Control Manager is responsible for and assume the duties of the following:
- Reports to the Quality Control Manager.
- Clear and effective communication.
- Ensure Quality Control through direct inspections, cross training, coaching, and Project Crew.
- Direct supervision of Project Crew, Day Porters, General Cleaners, including disciplinary action.
- Ensuring that General Cleaners, Day Porters, and Project Crew are present at their sites as assigned.
- Ensuring that all Open Jobs and absences are covered.
- Oversee training of General Cleaners, Day Porters, and Project Crew.
- Job duties include general cleaning, floor work (stripping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing, carpet cleaning, etc.) and other project work as assigned. This position does require some heavy lifting of machines, cleaning supplies and other items.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Assistant Quality Control Manager schedule is primarily in the evenings into the night.
Pay: $40,000.00 – $43,000.00 per year
