Assoc Inspector Jobs in Singapore, Singapore at Edwards Lifesciences
Assesses devices in-process and upon completion to ensure regulatory and company guidelines have been met and devices meet operational standards as designed.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspection of components and/or finished medical device products using a wide variety of tools and equipment to ensure conformance with design specifications. Highlight and escalate work issues to Lead.
Perform functional testing of finished medical device products using both automated and manual valve testing equipment.
Verify quality records, including Device History Records review and product release for shipment or distribution.
Control inventory to ensure proper storage conditions and movement.
Perform general work area housekeeping.
Education and Experience:
Secondary Education; previous manufacturing and QC experience preferred.
No previous related experience required.
Additional
Skills:
Basic computer skills preferred.
Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English; good communication skills required.
Proficiency with applicable tools and equipment, hand-eye coordination, high manual dexterity.
Basic understanding of inspection procedures.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to accept and provide constructive feedback.
Adherence to all company rules and safety protocols, including pandemic measures and environmental safety.
