Associate Chemist – Quality Control – 12-Hour Nights (D Shift, 7pm-7am) Jobs in Mooresville, NC at BestCo LLC
Carroll County Cannabis Company, C4, is seeking a Lab Technician at the C4 facility in Carrollton, Missouri. Responsibilities of the Lab Technician include, but are not limited to:
1) Assisting in the extraction lab to produce concentrated cannabis products including preparing raw materials for extraction, formulating cannabis concentrates, maintaining consumable inventories, operating cannabis extraction and post extraction equipment, preparing cannabis concentrate products for packaging and packaging cannabis concentrate products;
2) Assisting in the production of pre-rolled cannabis products including preparing raw materials for production, formulating and producing pre-rolled cannabis products and packaging pre-rolled cannabis products; and
3) Assisting in the production of edible cannabis products including operating kitchen machinery, maintaining consumable inventory, demolding, sugaring, weighing and final packaging.
The Lab Technician is responsible for maintaining quality control measures including workspace / facility safety, organization and cleanliness; maintaining work efficiency; complying with state regulations; and complying with C4 quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the cannabis industry and specifically in the manufacturing of infused cannabis products. The candidate is required to have a positive attitude and be able to work weekends and holidays, as required. The candidate will need to be able to follow directions, actively collaborate with cross-functional teams and be willing to learn new tasks while receiving constructive and positive feedback. The candidate will need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to stand, sit, kneel, work on ladders / step stools and work with their hands for extended periods of time including the repetitive use of their arms, hands and fingers.
