Summary: The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality standards of products, services, and processes within ACM. This role involves developing and implementing quality management systems, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements. The Quality Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality excellence and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
Lead quality assurance and control processes to ensure products and services meet defined specifications and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze quality data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, customer service, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Manage non-conformance reports, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and root cause analysis.
Train and mentor staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Serve as a liaison to suppliers and customers on quality-related matters to foster strong relationships.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards related to product quality.
Create quality documentation and reports to present to senior management.

Specifications/Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or advanced certification (i.e. ASQ Certified Quality Manager) preferred.
Preferred minimum 3 years’ experience in quality management or assurance role.
Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015.
Knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
Knowledge of Six Sigma or lean methodologies.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Intermediate knowledge in ServiceNow preferred.
Strong leadership skills, with track record of motivating and developing a team.
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to details.
Must demonstrate analytical and reasoning skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain strong external and internal relationships with all levels of associates.
Must have a Valid Driver’s License
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Physical Demand:
Associate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for a full 8-hour day.
Work Environment:
100% manufacturing setting
Associate must comply with assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirement in varies areas, including but not limited to, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and safety shoes.
Associate will have exposure to typical working conditions within the manufacturing environment, including but not limited to, seasonal temperature changes, occasional exposure to exhaust fumes, dirt, dust, debris, and grease, moving forklift equipment, and pinch points on machinery.
