You will coordinate and implement university-wide frameworks, projects and systems relating to
quality assurance
,
strategic planning
, and performance management. You will also have opportunities to be involved in conducting data analysis, report preparation, stakeholder engagement, and
project management
.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with various internal and external stakeholders on SUTD’s frameworks, initiatives and projects in
quality assurance
,
strategic planning
, and performance management.
Assist in SUTD’s
Quality Assurance
Framework for Universities (QAFU) evaluation process, including report preparation, organisation of the on-site evaluation visit, and any follow-up actions.
Conduct fact-finding and data analysis to support recommendations related to
quality assurance
,
strategic planning
, and performance management.
Coordinate and facilitate discussions related to
quality assurance
,
strategic planning
, and performance management.
Undertake any other related duties or projects requested by the Chief Strategy Officer.
Requirements:2-3 years of relevant working experience in
quality assurance
,
strategic planning
, and performance management.
Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and
communication skills
.
Familiar with the public sector.
Comfortable with a multicultural university environment.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and have a positive work attitude.
Prior experience and/or training in implementing and reviewing
quality assurance
and performance management frameworks will be an advantage.
