Associate or Mid-Level Quality Specialist Jobs in Berkeley, MO at BOEING
We are looking for a qualified Quality Control Technician for an industrial converter of flexible materials manufacturer. Please only apply if you have the knowledge and requirements listed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Assist in maintaining Rhopac QMS
· Inspection of raw materials, finished products and packaging material to ensure they conform to all customer and company standards
· Analyzing data gathered during production
· Other activities assigned by management
Activities:
Quality management System
· Inspecting, approving and documenting First off
· Quality inspections to avoid product defects
· Work with production to resolve product and process related quality issues
· Maintain all documentation for the purpose of auditing
· Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
· Responsible for preparing all PPAP’s as requested for customer projects
· Monitor the release of finished product and ensure nonconforming product is not released for Shipping.
· Perform administrative duties such as maintain records, forms and logs including computer databases
· Ensure traceability is maintained.
· Random inspection of raw materials to ensure conformance to requirements
· Maintain the internal calibration data base; for all applicable measuring equipment used in the facility
· Suggesting process improvements, Promoting team and safe work practices in the environment
· Assist production personnel through auditing and inspection in consideration to the quality of in process product.
· Assist in the training and development of facility personnel in Quality regulations and other requirements identified
Requirements:
You will have to understand and have knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards, PPAP’s , familiarity with Regulatory information, and Control Plans.
You will have to have computer skills to work with our Micro Vu vision system and use of measuring devices, calipers etc. Computer skills include all Microsoft Programs, Excel, Word etc.
Each customer is different and will need specific understanding and knowledge.
You need to be a problem solver with common sense.
Two years of Quality Assurance/Control experience

Hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 3:00 pm.
