As an ATE Test Engineer, you will engage in innovative activities that transfer NVIDIA’s cutting-edge products to mass production. The role focuses on developing testing programs, debugging test flows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production quality and efficiency. You’ll work closely with design engineers while utilizing tools to elevate overall productivity within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement ATE test programs for multiple product lines
• Enhance testing methods and debug integration for efficiency
• Own test methodologies and improve production test program quality
• Collaborate with teams to resolve product failures efficiently
• Create and maintain scripts/tools for enhanced productivity
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 2+ years in IC Design or ATE testing experience
• Experience with Advantest 93K ATE platform is mandatory
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Understanding of DFT insertion techniques
