Those in Guidewire testing at PwC will specialise in testing and quality assurance activities related to Guidewire applications. Guidewire is a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. You will be responsible for confirming that the Guidewire applications meet the desired quality standards and perform as expected.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills
Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience on automation testing.
- Strong working experience on Automation tool PlayWright and API Testing.
- Experience in writing automation test cases and implementing automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Katalon, TestNG, Page Object Model, RestAssured/Httpclient).
- Must be proficient in Java and object oriented programming.
- Should have been part of automation solutions / test automation frameworks development.
- Strong automation experience UI, API.
- Candidate should have Insurance Projects experience
- Experience with versioning systems (Subversion-SVN, Git / GitHub, Mercurial)
- Experience with Continuous Integration (Jenkins, others ).
- Understanding of XML, JSON, REST, etc.
- Ability to learn new testing tools/framework and approaches appropriate to the technologies being utilized.
- Positive attitude towards taking on new challenges.
- Good Problem solving and Analytical skills.
- Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
