Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Quality Assurance (BA/QA) professional to join our partner’s team in Copenhagen. You will collaborate closely with UXers, developers, and other stakeholders at the intersection of IT and business. You’ll contribute to improving processes, ensuring quality, and supporting agile team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Gather, define, and document business and technical requirements
Plan and execute testing strategies to ensure software quality
Perform user testing and support solution validation
Work with developers to track and resolve bugs
Document test results and propose improvements
Support agile practices and facilitate team events
Required Skills & Experience:
4–6 years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance
Experience with SAN/NAS, Data Protection, and QA practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of testing tools and agile methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Desirable:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Analysis, or related field
Fluency in spoken and written Danish and English
