Title: Business Analyst Quality Assurance

LeverageTek is actively seeking a BA/QA Analyst for a 1-year contract with its Ottawa based customer.
Work Location
Hybrid – Ottawa. 1x week onsite
Key Tasks
- Create and execute test plans and scripts that validate application/system performance according to specifications
- Investigate and document repro steps for customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Suggest solutions to resolve product quality issues and achieve improved customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Technology Solutions teams in application testing, including system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing
- Apply established metrics to determine the readiness, quality, and operability of software, systems, and products due for release to members and/or within the enterprise
- Engage stakeholder teams across business units to understand, analyze, and document requirements
- Analyze and map business processes (current state/future state)
- Prepare and provide input to business cases and feasibility assessments
- Prepare detailed requirements documents and use cases for implementation
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in hybrid Business Analysis and Quality Assurance roles, with balanced hands-on delivery in both areas
- Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience creating and executing test plans/scripts, including defect management across system, regression, and UAT testing
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM data migration projects (asset)
- Experience with automation testing (asset)
- Familiarity with business process mapping and feasibility assessments
- Experience working in cross-functional technology teams
Compensation
Hourly Rate Negotiable
