Quality Engineer
Location: Franklin, WI

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer Extraordinaire to join our mission of delivering gold-standard medical technologies with surgical precision.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own and manage NCR and CAPA programs — be our internal CSI unit for root cause investigations.
Serve as the expert on Master Validation Plans, Process Validations, and Control Plans.
Partner with new product development teams to embed quality into every innovation.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards.
Lead and support internal, supplier, and external audits.
Continuously improve processes and support our Quality Systems to keep us compliant and competitive.
Mentor fellow quality team members and support training efforts.
Create and maintain quality metrics, reports, and process improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated environment — FDA experience highly preferred.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with NCR and CAPA programs.
Proficient in PFMEA development, Control Plans, and Process/Procedure design.
Solid understanding of QSR, ISO 13485, and validation protocols.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Nice-to-Have Extras:
Experience making complex validation processes smooth and scalable.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Track record of successfully supporting audit activities.
Team player with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Pay: $63,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
