* Call/Casa monitoring and evaluation.

* Timey feedback to agents

*Variance reporting

*Call Taking

* Ensuring implementation of action plan

*Tracking compliance of corrective actions

*Ensuring compliance of monitoring and feedback process by meeting audit targets.

*Ensuring low variation in calibration.

Requirements:

– Preferred to be certified COPC HPMT

– English skills

– Bachelor’s degree
