CareView Communications (PK:CRVW) is a healthcare technology company experiencing dramatic growth. We’re looking to add an experienced Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to our team immediately to assist in expanding our product suite of services. CareView offers several solutions in patient safety and telehealth to hospitals nationwide.

The Lead Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for quality initiatives of the hardware and software associated with the CareView platform, including:

Creation and execution of test plans
Implementation of testing best practices
Reporting and metrics on identified issues

Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive test strategies across software applications, firmware, and hardware devices.

Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and cases for manual and automated testing.
Set up and manage test environments, including lab infrastructure for hardware validation.
Lead the creation of test automation frameworks and scripts to improve coverage and efficiency.
Perform hands-on testing, including functional, regression, system, performance, stress, and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements, design specifications, and ensure testability.
Identify, isolate, and document defects clearly; work closely with development and hardware teams to drive resolution.
Advocate for best practices in QA, testability, and risk-based testing approaches.
Analyze test results, create defect and quality reports, and provide clear feedback to stakeholders.
Continuously improve QA processes, tooling, and reporting systems.

Experience:

5+ years of professional experience in QA, with strong exposure to both software and hardware testing.
Experience with Linux OS and networking.
Deep understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automated) and hardware validation techniques.
Experience testing embedded systems, IoT devices, or similar integrated hardware/software products.
Proficiency with QA and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestRail, Git).
Solid scripting skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash).
Strong analytical and debugging skills; ability to work independently and drive investigations to completion.
Excellent communication skills for reporting status, issues, and risks to technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
