We are looking for a Civil Engineer – QA/QC to join our Implementation team. This position is responsible for is responsible for implementing quality assurance and control measures, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and facilitating seamless coordination between stakeholders.
Some of the key responsibilities are as below, but not limited to:
Develop and implement QA plans, procedures, and checklists specific to CSA works.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and international standards (e.g., ASME, ISO).
Oversee inspections and testing of installations to ensure adherence to technical drawings, codes, and specifications.
Manage the documentation of QC activities, including inspection records, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Implement QA/QC procedures, policies, and documentation in alignment with project and industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits on-site to verify the quality of CSA installations, materials, and workmanship.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection and testing plans (ITPs), checklists, and reports.
Ensure adherence to local and international codes, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO, etc.).
Minimum eligibility requirements and key competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / Structural engineering / Architectural Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years in QA/QC roles, with at least 3 years in Data Center / large-scale critical infrastructure projects.
Relevant QA/QC certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME, or equivalent).
HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are a plus.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to mechanical engineering.
Proficiency in QA/QC tools, methodologies, and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
