Blueprint reading
Geometric dimensions & tolerances (GD&T)
Coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
Optical comparator
Cut & Etch Weld Analysis & verification of measurement accuracy
Manual layout using surface plate and related tools
Supervision of Lab Technicians
Computer Skills, Excel, Word CAD, PC DMIS
Conduct or assist in lab training
Set-up/conduct testing and recording/reporting
Gage and equipment calibration/control (per IATF Standards)
Management of Lab Supplies and Vendors
CMM Programmer/Quality Control Group Lead Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Requires an Advanced Degree in related discipline and three (3) plus years’ experience in related field
Experience working with integrated computer programs and/or applications.
PC DMIS required
Strong communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs
