He/She/They will be supporting operational efficiency and productivity of secured and unsecured loans business through:
Verifying compliance to Collections process norms through regularly conducting the Self-Assessment (SA) Program
Validating appeals to findings noted in the SA program
Ensuring that all Collection Units are operating within established Bank and BSP regulations and approved policies and procedures
Recommending and documenting changes in the Collections policies and procedures aimed to establish control and achieve improvement in the overall process
The Responsibilities we will trust you with:
Develops SA program for the entire Collections Department and other selected units
Aligns SA test steps with approved collections policies
Streamlines, documents and updates collections policies and procedures within required turnaround time
Prepares MIS required for process documentation deliverables’ status monitoring
Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business-related course
At least 2 years of relevant experience in business process evaluation and documentation
You must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
