You will be part of a global inspection team, ensuring the quality of components that this global aerospace leader sources from one or more suppliers in this area. Once on the team, you will be deployed through SQA’s operations center to support in Devens, MA. This is a 1-month project.
Responsibilities:
You will be conducting inspections the include but are not limited to:
inspection involves visual inspection of type 1 and type 6 tiles focusing on determining the difference between pass, rework, fail due to part defects.
Documentation of the inspection results including the crate, part and serial numbers.
Working with on-site supplier staff as a representative of SQA.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with visual inspection of mechanical parts – we offer client-specific training
Experience with product verification to drawing requirements
Strong communication and technology skills
Microsoft excel familiarity
Portal to portal rate for any travel time
