- Participate in and support the handling of identification of the customer quality requirement including CTQ, CTP quality characteristics, usage risk and approval requirement etc. during new project phase.
- Lead the customer annual audit and support customer system audit after SOP.
- Lead Customer satisfaction and relevant questions improve.
- Lead quick response, analysis of customer 0km issue, coordinate and follow-up the corrective actions and read across.
- Coordinate internal and external customer change and communication.
- Coordinate internal and external system, process & product audits.
- Train and promote employees on quality requirement and awareness, in-process controls.
- To complete the task that given by leader.
- Comply with ZF EHS rules, and actively report health, safety, and environmental potential risk/accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area. Your profile:
- 3-5 or more years manufacturing industry quality working experience.
- Familiar with customer quality requirements, such as: FORMEL-Q，BIQS，VDA6.1&VDA6.3 etc
- Experienced in quality-related tools such as FMEA, MSA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, 3X5Why, 8D, Process audit.
- Experienced background in mechanical assembly in an automotive industry is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical or equivalent years of related experience.
- Experienced in Microsoft office and Mini-tab software.
