We are looking for an client support manager to join our dynamic and youthful team specializing in iGaming QA.
You will work in a fast-paced environment of young professionals passionate about delivering high-quality testing solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients on a daily basis
• Receive and process incoming testing requests
• Create clear and detailed test tasks for testers
• Search for and assign suitable testers for each task
• Coordinate and oversee the entire testing process
• Review and validate testers’ work and results
• Prepare structured and professional reports for clients
• Ensure all tasks are completed within defined SLA and deadlines
• Follow internal procedures and workflows precisely
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the direct manager
Requirements:
• Previous experience working as an account manager, customer support or similar position
• Fluent Russian and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and responsibility
• Willingness to learn and grow in the iGaming and Fintech industries
• Ability to follow structured processes and instructions
Working Conditions:
• Office-based role in the center of Riga
• Stable full-time schedule (5 working days per week)
