A leading organization in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Director to lead transformative change across its operations and subsidiaries.
About the Role:
You will shape and implement strategies to improve organizational performance, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the operational excellence strategy aligned with company goals.
Oversee policy, process, and quality framework development.
Identify bottlenecks and drive improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Promote quality standards and excellence programs across departments.
Mentor and lead teams to embed a performance-driven culture.
What You Bring:
12+ years of experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
Degree in Engineering, MIS, or Business; MBA is a plus.
Strong expertise in business excellence, quality assurance, and organizational development.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional change in large organizations.
