With over 10 years of experience in the aerospace sector and at least 3 years in leadership, you will lead a high-performing team, focused on regulatory compliance with EASA and FAA standards. This role emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and enhance the Quality Management System and documentation
• Champion First Time Right culture while tracking key performance metrics
• Inspire team development through mentoring and clear KPIs
• Lead initiatives to improve quality, reduce costs, and ensure audit readiness
• Collaborate with suppliers and Airbus teams on quality standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Engineering, or equivalent QA experience
• 10+ years in aerospace/aviation quality roles
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (TCCA, FAA, EASA)
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on delivering results
