Requirements
- B.Sc. Civil Engineering or Applied Geology (Civil Engineers with PEC registration preferred).
- 6–7 years of QA/QC experience in high-rise building projects.
- Good knowledge of ACI, ASTM, BS, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience in concrete, finishing, waterproofing, material testing, and QA/QC documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office and technical reporting.
Responsibilities
- Perform QA/QC inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, Inspection Requests (IRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and quality records.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and testing laboratories to facilitate quality inspections and approvals.
- Monitor material approvals and ensure timely completion of testing activities.
- Verify construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality procedures.
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and improve project performance.
