Engineer – Quality FUME Jobs in Pleasant Prairie, WI at Eli Lilly
Hunt Advantage Group, LLC, a Distributor of Hunt Brothers® Pizza (www.hadvserves.com) is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to support our test kitchen and quality assurance initiatives, including Limited Time Offer (LTO) marketing campaigns, while also analyzing equipment performance data to identify trends and potential issues. This role plays a key part in ensuring product consistency, food safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen & Product Quality Test
Performs routine product testing and assists with sensory evaluations for new and existing menu items.
Assist in validating recipes, ingredient specifications, and baking procedures.
Assists with ensuring food quality aligns with brand standards and works within a cross functional setting.
LTO Marketing Campaign Quality Assurance
Assists with product builds and sensory evaluations and executes quality control protocols for LTO and Market Test launches.
Monitor and report on product performance during LTO campaigns.
Collaborate with field Operations team to ensure smooth product rollout.
Equipment & Data Analytics
Analyzes both product and equipment performance, as well as reliability data to identify trends and potential failures.
Generate standardized reports and partners with operations teams to recommend process improvements based on data insights. Will require some data entry.
Support root cause analysis of equipment issues impacting food quality and consistency.
Assists as needed with processing field complaints regarding equipment quality and helps to bring to resolution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of food innovation, quality assurance, and data analytics to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience in food quality testing, lab environments, or restaurant operations.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
