Position: Engineering Quality Lead Role

In this position, you will coordinate efforts across engineering disciplines to enhance quality maturity and implement effective problem-solving strategies. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with established quality standards and effectively address any emerging issues from customers or teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation of quality processes and tools
• Analyze trends and address structural quality issues
• Coordinate corrective action plans and assess their effectiveness
• Consolidate and respond to inquiries from Quality Assurance Managers
• Ensure the alignment of organizational quality with customer needs
Requirements:
• 10 years in Engineering/Quality Assurance, preferably in Rail
• Proven experience in failure investigation and reporting
• At least 5 years as a Quality Assurance Manager
• Degree in Software, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and CENELEC standards
