IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Be responsible to manage and run the email and communication platforms for PTCL Group. This role is expected to do the below
Proactive monitoring of all Email & Communication Platforms for PTCL Group.
Planning and executing for upgrade of the current systems to the latest Versions and service packs
Managing DR Email Server’s administration and activation in case of DR requirements.
Monitoring of Exchange Server availability, performance and utilization.
On demand and scheduled vulnerability fixation for email & communication platforms
Proactive reporting for patching KPI & KRI.
Managing and implementing new projects required by the management.

Proactive monitoring of all Email & Communication Platforms for PTCL Group. Monitoring of Exchange Server availability, performance and utilization.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification:
Degree from HEC recognized university in Computer Sciences / IT / Engineering (16 years of education/bachelor`s degree)
Competencies:
Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange solutions.
Must have a good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory (AD).
Should be familiar with Windows Operating Systems.
Knowledge of SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune is also a plus.
Project management abilities are considered an asset.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Exchange solutions.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory.
Clear knowledge of PR (Public Relations), DR (Disaster Recovery), BCP (Business Continuity Planning), as well as Audit and Compliance processes.
Good understanding of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and experience with reporting.
