OMSI also supports projects with comprehensive shop and fabrication drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed glass, aluminum panel, and anchor drawings.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage quality control activities for façade projects.
-Ensure the quality of production and installation works complies with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
-Conduct inspections and quality audits during manufacturing and site installation phases.
-Identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
-Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Site Teams to maintain the highest quality standards.
-Prepare and maintain quality reports, checklists, and documentation.
Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in the façade industry.
-Strong knowledge of Aluminum Systems, Curtain Walls, Cladding, Glazing, and Façade Installations.
-Proven experience in quality control for both factory production and site installations.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
