We are looking for a Field Quality Analysis & Improvement Engineer to take part in Hyundai Motor Türkiye located in İzmit/Kocaeli;
Division: Quality
Department: Quality Assurance
We want you to:
- Aftersales warranty part analysis & management
- Executing reclaim (charge-back) processes with supplier
- Performing burden ratio agreements and following
- Improving and analyzing customer quality indices
- Performing and analyzing external surveys
- Preparing analytical reports and dashboards for decision-making
You will also need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive. Metallurgical and Materials, Electrical etc.)
- Experience in customer quality, warranty, claim management or supplier quality
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
