We are seeking experienced Foundry Operators to join our precious metals refinery.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate induction melting furnaces for gold and silver.
- Perform accurate melting and casting into bars and granules.
- Operate vacuum casting and bar-production equipment.
- Monitor temperatures, weights and process parameters.
- Maintain high production quality and safety standards.
- Follow security, inventory-control and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous foundry experience in a precious metals refinery is required.
- Experience handling gold and silver is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of induction furnaces and casting equipment.
- Strong attention to accuracy, safety and material accountability.
- Willingness to work shifts when required.
