Responsibilities
Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive testing of card systems, including issuing, rewards, and acquiring functionalities.
Perform end-to-end testing of credit and debit card lifecycle processes, such as authorization, EMV, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, and reporting modules.
Test transactions across various channels, including ATM, POS, ECOM, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking.
Utilize transaction simulators (MDS, Visa, UPI, JPMC, AMEX, Diners, FinSim) to validate system integrity.
Ensure compliance with ISO 8583 message standards, including message types, fields, and data mappings.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address testing-related concerns.
Maintain detailed documentation using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps TFS.
Adhere to SDLC and release management processes while working within an Agile framework.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the cards testing domain. Experience with HPS PowerCard or OneEmpower product testing is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong expertise in cards testing (issuing, rewards, acquiring).
Proficiency in credit and debit card lifecycle management and associated modules.
Knowledge of ISO 8583 message standards and hands-on experience with transaction simulators.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps TFS.
