About the Role
Under the direction of the Quality Control Manager, as the Quality Control Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing daily quality inspection activities, supervise inspectors, and ensure that incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products meet company and industry quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines inspection, team development, process improvement, and quality assurance.
What You’ll Do
Lead Quality Operations
- Supervise daily inspection activities and quality personnel
- Train and mentor inspectors
- Support a culture of continuous improvement
Ensure Product Excellence
- Perform and oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Conduct functional testing and quality audits
- Approve or reject materials based on specifications
Improve Quality Systems
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records
- Assist in developing and documenting quality procedures
- Monitor quality metrics and corrective actions
Support Customer Satisfaction
- Assist with RMA processing and quality investigations
- Help identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Perform other duties assigned by Manager.
Job description:
What We’re Looking For
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Knowledge of dimensional inspection techniques
- Understanding of basic electrical circuits
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with electronic assemblies
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience handling RMAs and corrective actions

Work Schedule:
Great Work Schedule Monday – Friday schedule
8 am – 4:30 pm, and Saturdays when required (Saturday Hours: 6 am – 2:30 pm).
