Job Description:

The General Manager (GM) will serve as a pivotal leader in driving the strategic vision and operational excellence of the organization. This executive role requires the incumbent to blend leadership, managerial, and operational competencies to foster an organizational culture that champions growth, efficiency, and innovation. The GM will oversee all facets of the company, including but not limited to development of business strategies, resource allocation, performance management, and compliance adherence. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and maximize profitability while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. The GM will engage with the board of directors and key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and navigate complex business challenges, positioning the organization for competitive success in the marketplace.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in a general management or similar executive role, with a track record of successful business growth and financial performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and market demands.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability for the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management principles and best practices, with proven ability to lead multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective engagement with diverse stakeholders, including employees, executives, and board members.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with operational processes, including supply chain management, production optimization, and quality assurance.
  • Hands-on experience in change management, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire teams through organizational transformation and cultural shifts.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to inform strategy, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
