做为质量专家咨询者的角色，阶段性的评估诊断金风国际质量管理，提出改善建议；包括组织，标准，实施方案等；
Acting as quality management expert, periodically analyze goldwind international quality management, advise improvement plan, inlcuding organization, management procedures, specifications, implementation solutions, etc… 基于以上判断和决策，协同质量职能板块，更新和改进现有质量管理标准，如质量策划，质量控制，不符合，客诉等管理；
based on above judgement and management decisions, coordinate with different quality functions, update and improve current quality standards, including QA, QC, NC, customer complain, etc… 基于以上判断和决策，选用合适的质量工具如FMEA等，协同总部质量职能和区域，牵头推动工具的实施，包括嵌入到当前标准，组织标准的培训和推广，实施过程监控等；
based on above judgement and management decisions, utilize proper quality tools like FMEA, coordinate with functions and regions, lead the tools implementations including relevant trainings, compaigns, process monitoring, etc… 做为质量专家的角色，对风机平台开发关键环节代表国际客户端质量给予输入（IPD)，参与关键节点的评审(KCP&Gate）；
Acting as quality expert, on represenatives of customer quality, input to WTG new platform development, participate to key checkpoint(gate)’s assessment; 主导与公司级/区域级（欧洲）大客户的定期质量层面沟通；
Lead the quality cumminications with global level or Europe region level customers;
