A leading company in the agricultural milling industry is looking for an experienced Grain Grader to join their team.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong industry knowledge and experience within a silo environment, focused on maintaining quality standards and ensuring safe grain storage practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine and evaluate grain delivery samples
- Grade grain according to industry standards and specifications
- Ensure compliance with raw material quality requirements
- Monitor safe storage procedures within the silo environment
- Ensure silo maintenance is completed and properly managed
- Support operational efficiency and quality assurance processes
Minimum Requirements:
- Full Spectrum Grain Grader qualification
- National Senior Certificate / NQF 4 equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a silo environment
- Minimum 1 year office and system administration experience
- Previous industry experience essential
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport
- Microsoft Office proficiency
