What you’ll do ____
• Management of employees from the specified specialist area
• Quality management of new projects in the development of new components
• Management and coordination of QA tasks in interdisciplinary co-operation
• Monitoring the agreed quality targets and reporting on the quality situation
• Realisation and maintenance of the SMP QM system in accordance with the procedures and processes defined in the QMH and QVA
• Demonstrating the effectiveness of the QM system in practice
• Initiation of corrective and preventive measures against possible deviations in products, processes or the QM system
• Verification of the realisation of measures
• Systematic planning and initiation of system, process and product audits
• Direct contact with customers, suppliers and internally relevant departments, as well as subordinate employees/functions
• Collaboration in projects on quality assurance topics
What we are looking for ____________________________________________
• Successfully completed engineering studies, training as a technician or master craftsman or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the quality sector, ideally in the automotive industry
• DGQ training (auditor, Q manager)
• Very good knowledge of quality processes and methods (8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, CIP, Statistics, DOE, Ishikawa)
• Experience in personnel management
• Confident demeanour, assertiveness, analytical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
• Moderation techniques, rhetoric and project management skills
• proficient in MS Office, customer platforms and SAP
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Class B driving licence
