Position: HACCP Specialist at Maple Leaf Foods

As a HACCP Specialist, you will be responsible for updating the HACCP program according to CFIA, BRC, and customer requirements. You will also lead food safety meetings, conduct employee training, and ensure continuous improvement through meticulous tracking of corrective actions. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update HACCP and SOP systems
• Conduct monthly food safety meetings and training sessions
• Collaborate with CFIA inspectors during audits
• Manage corrective action tracker for ongoing improvements
• Update documentation as per regulatory changes
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of HACCP experience
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
• Relevant post-secondary education in Food Science
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
