Responsibilities:
Management and further development of all areas of quality management with a total of 8 employees
Further development of the existing quality, safety and environmental management systems in collaboration with management
Support of internal areas such as operations, research & development and sales throughout the entire product life cycle
Support of international locations in quality assurance, quality management and EHS topics
Ensuring compliance with all QEHS relevant agreements, standards and laws
Preparation of the annual management review and the monthly meaningful Q reports
Developing and implementing Q agreements with customers and suppliers
Execution and support of internal and external audits
Representation in public OE & QEHS committees
Requirements:
Higher technical training (FH/university level) as well as appropriate further training in the direction of quality, occupational safety and environmental management
Proven leadership experience in an industrial and international working environment
Experience with optical and/or medical technology products is an advantage
Experience with quality management standards ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
Knowledge of the application of Q software such as CAQ
Fluent written and spoken English skills
Very good communication skills and high assertiveness
Sound methodological skills as well as analytical thinking skills and organizational talent
