Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing and executing the global quality strategy, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations, and driving continuous improvement across our data center build and operating environment. You will oversee multi-site quality management systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Develop and implement a comprehensive quality vision, strategy, and roadmap for all company sites and business units.

Serve as the subject matter expert and advisor to executive leadership on quality and compliance matters (e.g., SOC2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22301, ISO 50001, PCI-DSS, ITIL, BICSI standards).

Establish, maintain, and improve company-wide quality systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations, global standards, and client requirements.

Lead global audit programs—including internal audits, external regulatory inspections, and supplier audits—overseeing corrective action plans, remediation, and ongoing monitoring.

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrated QMS processes, policies, and procedures that align with data center, networking, and infrastructure best practices.

Drive Lean e.g. Six Sigma and other problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, root-cause analysis) to reduce defects, improve reliability, and increase operational efficiency.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, ESG, HR, sales, and other stakeholders to synchronize efforts, strengthen compliance, and deliver world-class service.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field or relevant professional experience

10+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or operations, including leadership of global or multi-site teams.

Proven track record managing and implementing quality systems (QMS) in data center, telecom, manufacturing, or similarly regulated environments.

Significant background with international standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001/27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS, ITIL, Six Sigma, BICSI), plus experience leading large-scale audits.
