Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. YOU MUST HAVE REMODELING KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with employees, ensuring project timelines are met, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process.
Duties:
– Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
– Collaborate with customers, employees, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
– Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all project milestones
– Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
– Review and analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications
– Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders, providing updates on project status and any potential delays or issues
– Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
– Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the completion of construction projects
– Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any client concerns or requests
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
– Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
– Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
– Proficient in construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of subcontractors and construction workers
– Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
