Job Description / Responsibility
- Plan, monitor, and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce waste and production costs.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
- Prepare production reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial & Production Engineering from a reputable university.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Trading or Export/Import,Engineering Firms
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, quality control, and manufacturing operations.
- Experience in production scheduling, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and lean manufacturing practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
