Role Responsibilities
- Design occupation-specific questions based on real industrial production and operations workflows.
- Translate plant-level decision-making, scheduling, and resource management scenarios into structured prompts.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses related to production planning, efficiency, and operations management.
- Provide written feedback on accuracy, practicality, and alignment with real-world production environments.
- Ensure scenarios reflect standards used in manufacturing and industrial operations.
- Work independently while meeting quality benchmarks and delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Strong years of full-time experience as an Industrial Production Manager.
- Professional experience managing manufacturing or industrial production operations.
- Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and operational workflows.
- Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning skills.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
- Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week for the project duration.
