Position Summary
Responsible for developing and maintaining inspection programs using customer drawings and specifications to ensure compliance to customer requirements and have extensive knowledge of dimensional metrology.
Shifts Available:
1st shift: 6:00am-2:00 pm Mon-Fri
Responsibilities:
Program various precision testing equipment including but not limited to Tool Scope, CMM, Vision Systems
Devise fixture concepts and participate in gage and fixture development
Perform basic maintenance of inspection equipment
Implement and analyze artifact checks for various precision testing equipment
Gage R&R analysis using Minitab
Identify and implement inspection methods and equipment to reduce cost and improve productivity
Perform key responsibilities of a Quality Inspector, Quality Technician and Sr. Quality Technician.
Enter production information into the ERP system on a timely basis
Participate in the Operational Excellence Program
Understand and comply with the Cretex professional competencies, company policies, and employee manual
Adhere to all safety policies; includes wearing personal protective equipment when required
Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements
Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
5 years of experience in a quality assurance role
Advanced knowledge of inspection equipment uses and maintenance
Intermediate GD&T
Advanced understanding of precision testing equipment software
Desirable Criteria and Qualifications
Two-year technical degree
Experience with ERP systems
Experience programming OGP or Micro-Vu
Working knowledge of ISO 9001/13485
Quality training/certifications

Pay Range: USD $22.40 – USD $36.54 /Hr. Company Benefits:
