Position: Junior QA Manual Tester
Full Time
Multiple Locations : Wisconsin, Minneapolis MN, Boston, MA ,NY, NJ, Washington DC, VA, Chicago IL, NC,
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Follow the appropriate testing strategy for each case
- Create test plans and test condition
- Explore features as they are being developed to identify design, testability and usability issues
- Write and execute test cases/scripts; providing daily updates using ALM, JIRA, and other tools
- Understanding of common software failures and faults and best practices
- Create issue reports and work with Developers to resolve appropriately
- Represent product quality as part of regular bug triage and release process.
- Modify data by maintenance or executing transactions to create a scenario that fulfills testing requirements
- Perform integrity and regression testing using a combination of manual and automated techniques.
- Must have knowledge on SQL
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- MUST be a team player and have the ability to work well with others
- Ideal candidates will have some familiarity with QA fundamentals
- Bachelor''s degree preferred
- Required experience level 0-4 years
