The position:

We are looking for a QA Associate to join our team. This role is uniquely positioned between the engineering and product teams. You will balance full ownership of identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs while also providing insightful feedback on features that shape the product to succeed in supporting teams building reliable applications on top of LLMs 10x faster.

Your role:

Ensure that new features and updates do not introduce regressions to the user experience by thoroughly testing all changes before weekly releases.
Develop and execute test cases that reflect a deep understanding of how users interact with the product.
Communicate QA insights effectively to both technical (developers) and non-technical (product) stakeholders; the level of detail and terminology conveyed should match the audience’s needs
Work closely with the product team to ensure the quality of launched features; provide feedback on feature implementation to align with with product’s goals and deliver intended value.

You in a nutshell:

You have at least 2 years of experience in a QA or product tester role.
You have at least 1 year of experience working solo as the only QA tester on a team and have a proven track record of providing measurable improvements in the quality of your product.
You have experience in both manual and automation testing.
You are naturally curious. You don’t just test for what’s broken, but also think about how a feature fits into the big picture and whether it’s improving the quality of the product .
You have a sharp eye and would spot details that most would overlook. Tiny misalignments, missing pixels, or edge cases? You’re immediately on it!
You are a good communicator who knows how to tailor your message to the right audience and take initiative to speak up when needed.
You are familiar or have prior experience with software development; a desire to deepen your technical skills is a plus.
You enjoy working in a fast paced, early stage startup environment.
You are excited by the prospect of working on an AI product that focuses specifically on LLMs.
