Core Technical Skills :

 • Automation Testing: Expertise in tools like Cypress. 

• Manual Testing: Strong knowledge of test case creation, execution, and bug reporting. 

• Programming/Scripting Languages: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript for test automation. 

• API Testing: Experience with tools like Postman, Bruno, SOAP UI. 

• Performance Testing: Familiarity with JMeter. 

• Database/SQL: Ability to write complex queries for backend testing. 

• CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating test suites into Azure DevOps pipelines. 

• Version Control Systems: Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket. What You Will Be Doing: 

• Define and implement process improvements across the QA function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

• Design and maintain testing frameworks that support scalable, maintainable, and reusable test automation. 

• Collaborate with multiple teams to establish and refine quality processes, ensuring consistency across projects. 

• Develop best practices and guidelines for test planning, execution, and reporting. 

• Act as a subject matter expert on testing processes, providing guidance and support to engineering teams. 

• Lead the evaluation and adoption of modern testing tools and methodologies that align with business needs. 

• Drive continuous integration and delivery testing strategies to support high-velocity deployments. 

• Mentor and coach engineers on adopting best practices for testing, refining testing processes, test architecture, automation strategies, and efficient execution. 

• Closely work with stakeholders to identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and improve overall product quality. 

• Establish and monitor key metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of testing efforts.
