Position Summary for Quality Control
The Quality Control role is vital to ensure that the products manufactured meet the purpose and standards to meet individual customer specifications. In this role, Quality Control helps accomplish these goals by performing tests, collecting data, troubleshooting, and coordinating all activities necessary to maintain these quality standards and the reliability of manufactured products. In this role, you will test, inspect, and document all products at various stages, providing suggestions or actions required to achieve the highest quality products.
Compensation:
Starting rate, $20.00 an hour
Additional incentives include weekly bonuses for safety and quality.
Schedule: 6:30 PM to 5:00 AM (40 hours), Monday through Thursday.
Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluating the company’s product specifications and examining them with customer requirements.
Promote performance improvement and quality assurance programs throughout the organization to enhance overall quality and effectiveness.
Selects, tests, and measures products at specific stages in the production process, tabulating the data relating to product quality, materials
Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures.
Recommends adjustments of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within the limits of equipment capability.
Monitor performance by collecting relevant information and preparing statistical reports.
Determining relevant quality-associated training requirements and delivering training.
Collate and analyze performance charts and data against defined parameters.
