Quality Technician

Mentor, OH – 1st shift
M-Thurs 7am-4:30pm and F 7-11am
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support manufacturing and servicing operations, helping ensure our products meet ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA, MDSAP, and EU MDR standards. In this role, you’ll investigate non-conformances, conduct QC testing, and help drive continuous improvement across the production floor.
Resposibilities
- Support quality investigations and problem-solving on the production line
- Conduct in-process and final QC product acceptance testing
- Identify and document product/process non-conformances
- Participate on the Material Review Board to process non-conformance reports
- Review Device History Records (DHRs) and support batch record release
- Perform site calibration and environmental monitoring activities
- Enter and retrieve quality data from local and global systems
Desired requirements
- High school diploma/GED with 3+ years of manufacturing/technical experience, or Associate degree (Engineering/Scientific) with 1+ year of relevant experience
- Strong math skills (ratios, proportions, basic algebra)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and common desktop applications
- Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
