Job Description
- Resolve quality issues during the product development and pilot production stages; support the factory in establishing quality inspection capabilities and setting standards for different samples.
- Drive and continuously improve product quality in mass production at the factory.
- Support the factory in resolving material quality issues that cannot be handled internally by coordinating relevant resources and technical support to drive solutions.
- Review and facilitate the resolution of customer quality complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management or Project Management roles.
- Familiar with manufacturing processes and quality management of products such as Networking devices, IP Cameras, PCs, Laptops, Servers, etc.
- Proficient in quality improvement methodologies with hands-on experience in product, operational, or manufacturing process improvement.
- Strong skills in quality management, statistical methods, data analysis, and cross-functional communication & coordination.
