Manage, operate, and monitor inspection equipment on the production line to ensure stable performance and operational efficiency.
Set up, program, and continuously improve inspection machine programs to meet production and quality requirements.
Analyze production defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
Optimize machine programs and operational processes to increase productivity, reduce defect rates, and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
Supervise, evaluate, and develop team members through training and performance improvement initiatives.

College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in SMT-related positions.
Able to communicate effectively in English for work purposes; Korean language skills are an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.

Salary: VND 20–30 million/month + overtime allowance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 24 working days per month (off 4 Sundays and 2 alternating Saturdays).
13th-month salary and 12 annual leave days per year.
Social insurance in accordance with Vietnamese labor law and 24/24 health insurance coverage.
Company shuttle bus provided from Hải Phòng city to the factory.
