QC Inspector (Mechanical)
Join a leading EPC contractor delivering large-scale oil & gas projects. We are looking for a Mechanical Quality Control Inspector to ensure that all mechanical works meet industry standards, client specifications, and project requirements.
As a Mechanical QC Inspector, you will play a critical role in maintaining quality assurance across fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases of EPC projects. Your expertise will ensure compliance with international codes and project specifications.

YOUR ROLE
As a QC Inspector (Mechanical), you will
- Perform inspections of mechanical works including piping, static equipment, and steel structures
- Witness and verify testing activities (hydrotesting, pressure testing, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes (ASME, API, ASTM), and quality standards
- Review inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documents
- Coordinate with QA/QC team, contractors, and client representatives
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs, and punch lists
- Monitor fabrication and installation activities to ensure adherence to approved procedures
- Participate in project audits and quality reviews
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in oil & gas EPC projects
- Experience in inspection of piping, welding, and mechanical equipment
Education / Certifications / Licenses
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Certifications such as CSWIP, BGAS, or equivalent preferred
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO)
